At Lighthouse, serving is about more than filling a position or helping with a task. We believe some of the most meaningful discipleship happens while serving alongside others. As we serve together, we build relationships, discover our gifts, grow in Christ, and help light up the world with the good news of Jesus and good works.

When you join a serve team, you are joining a community of people who are learning to follow Jesus together. Our ministry leaders are not simply coordinators or schedulers—they are leaders who seek to encourage, equip, and mentor those they serve alongside.

Completing this form does not commit you to a specific ministry. It simply begins a conversation about your interests, availability, spiritual journey, and next steps.

Some serving opportunities require additional training, interviews, references, or a criminal background check before placement.
